We had a special moment tonight at dinner and I wanted to share it with you guys. Either Nathan or I always pray before our meals so Nathan prayed tonight and we started to eat. Immediately Noelle said, "Noelle pray!" So, we shrugged our shoulders, put down our forks and said, "Okay, Noelle, you pray." She folded her hands and closed her eyes and started praying!
She said "Dear God, thank you for Daddy and Ross and Grandma (and a then a bunch of other people!) and help Norah fell down. In Jesus name, Amen!" We were amazed! She even remembered to pray for her cousin Norah who we had prayed for earlier in the day because she fell on the tile and chipped her tooth. Anyway, it was so sweet and when she was done, Nathan and I just looked at each other and we both had a little tear in our eyes. Now I know that she is mainly mimicking us and she doesn't fully understand God and the universe, but it still was so beautiful to our ears and we can't wait to see how God molds and shapes her in her lifetime!

Leanne, what a beautiful story, and I am so glad that you shared it with us. There is nothing like hearing our own children pray. You and Nathan are such great parents and wonderful role models for your children. It was great to see both you and your mom last Saturday. I hope you had fun at the party. I'll talk with you soon!
Beautiful! God heard her prayers and was glad, what a wonderful example you both are! God is so good!
That is so sweet!
Very sweet! What a big girl!
